Welcome to JJ Aggregates
The
business commenced in 1989 under the name of JJ Haulage. The partners being
John and Joy Jones who both came from a commercial background, John having
done farm contracting and Joy with haulage accounting.
Whereas the firm started with one lorry now there are seven all being replaced with new every few years. Our good maintenance programme means there are very few breakdowns and delayed deliveries.
Changing company status to a limited company in June 2005, there are now four directors and 8 other employees who all work together to provide the best possible service to customers.
From just supplying limestone quarry materials and sand, the company also supplies: - decorative pebbles/chippings, ground limestone, magnesium lime and slag; animal bedding and cattle tracks, gabion stone, fodder beet and topsoil.
